Privacy notice

When you submit a booking enquiry, Gauteng Gas Appliances Experts receives your name, phone number, email, suburb, appliance details and fault description. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible service appointment. The contact details are also used to send you a booking acknowledgement.

Who receives the information?

Booking messages are addressed to info@gautenggasappliancesexperts.co.za and a designated administrator mailbox. An acknowledgement is addressed to the email you provide. Your details are not intended to be published on the website or sold to advertisers.

Storage and security

Email copies may be retained by the business and the relevant mail providers to manage the enquiry. The website does not ask for payment-card details, passwords or sensitive personal records. Because ordinary email has limitations, do not submit confidential documents in the form.

Access and correction
